THE KITCHENETTE — please read this before booking:
This studio has a kitchenette, not a kitchen. You get a microwave, a coffee maker, a small refrigerator, and dishware. There is no stove, no cooktop, and no oven. You can reheat, brew, and keep things cold — you cannot cook a meal here.
We say this plainly because it's the one thing that surprises guests. If you need a full kitchen, we manage larger units in the same building — just ask and we'll find you one.
Sleeps 2. There is no sofa bed, and the building caps occupancy at 2 guests.
A note on the balcony: it's yours to enjoy, but building rules apply — no grilling or open flames, no hanging or drying items over the railing, and nothing may be thrown or dropped from it.

We are your host — not the front desk. Early check-in, a restaurant recommendation, a maintenance issue: message us and we'll take care of it. The building's front desk handles building access only; they don't manage guest requests for privately owned units.

Absolutely loved it here . Between the heated rooftop pool and restaurant , the towel and beachchair services , spotless hotel , rentals for the beach ( such as kids sand toys and floats) and close proximity to the boardwalk, this was a great stay . The owners were real responsive and nice also , we requested a pack and play and was not in the room at check in however the supervisor herself brought it up to us very promptly. 100% recommend

Great spot in a very lively area. We were looking forward to the rooftop pool but the heater was broken and no one informed up, and super dirty!! Other than that, the place was clean and front desk was always great help. Lots of amenities they gave us, free bike hour, towels for the beach, chairs for the beach, lobby had great common area. Definitely will come back. Hopefully pool will be maintained properly

This was a great deal. Could not check in early or check out late but the was a place to leave luggage while waiting. Resort staff were happy and helpful. Little confusion on cleaning schedule for the room as a cleaning lady came in the first day wanting to clean and on the 4th day a cleaning lady opened up the door and left a bag of towels and disappeared when i think she realized someone was there. No big deal. Beach is close, active on the weekends with music, palm trees ice cream. Bed was comfortable and bathroom shower was nice. Pool and hot tub on 7th floor were convenient. Nice bar and restaurant in house too. Coffee shop and connivence store on ground level were both useful. Overall nice stay and would stay again.

The unit and host are great. Very clean and good value for the price I paid. I have stayed at Costa Hollywood many times before. My only complaint is with the hotel. They are turning the rooftop sundeck/pool into a loud dance club type setting with a DJ playing club music that went very late into the night. It used to be more peaceful up there with ambient music in the background. I do love the other amenities and the new gym. Cielo Stays is a great host and would stay with them again for sure!
