Great layout, has a really nice second “bedroom” that we didn’t need. It was still a tv den in the photos. Both the tv area and the bedroom have doors to the balcony. Drying shelves and luggage stand are a nice add. The balcony is directly across from another building but the view toward the ocean is very nice and virtually unobstructed. In Feb the balcony receives sun almost the entire day. Sunrise and sunset are blocked but the roof top is wonderful for that. The unit is very well equipped. We have stayed in other units here and this is one of the better ones. The bed was pretty comfortable with lots of good quality pillows and linens. This unit also had a great “starter” pack, no need to run immediately out for supplies, including a couple coffee “kits”. The location is great. Very close to what we consider are the nicer restaurants. Walk north to the action, south for less action. The broadwalk is great for walk/run or cyclist. Basically continuous for about 3.5 miles.

We really only used the room to sleep. Everything was fine. The shower door does make a really loud clicking noise when you open and close it. The main bedroom tv was really slow. Otherwise we had a great time and would use again!

Very nice place. The rooftop pool, hot tub and bar was great. The sunsets from there are Wonderful. Close to Margaritaville and the outdoor Hollywood Beach music stage. Free music most nights.

Wow!! We absolutely loved our stay! I traveled with my husband and 2 children and we had so much space and everything was exactly as pictured. The beach is literally a 1 minute walk and the rooftop pool was awesome - there’s pool service for food and drinks and a jacuzzi. We spent all day there one day. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!!

We had a great 5 day stay at this Airbnb! It was great for our family (travelled with 2 little kids). The location was perfect, walkable right to the Hollywood board walk with lots to do. The rooftop pool was PERFECT! The host was very helpful and responsive. Note: If traveling with little kids, keep in mind there is no tub, only stand up shower. It was a bit difficult to bathe the kids. Would have love to have a handheld shower head. Regardless we would definitely return!

Very nice apartment right on the beach with a rooftop pool, restaurant and bar. The host was very responsive to requests. The apartment had everything for cooking and lots of balcony space. I enjoyed my stay here.
