Host and staff were helpful, did not incur any issues. The location of the condo is in a good spot, just a short walk to the boardwalk. Although an uber drive to other areas of Lauderdale/Hollywood is needed. Unfortunately, no grocery stores within a reasonable walking distance. The facility was nice, not spectacular. The elevators had a few issues during our stay and the shower wasn’t the best. The pool was nice, a bit too warm and almost near full daily. But did provide a nice view and good bar/waiter service. Fairly priced overall. Thank you!

We arrived just a bit early and the early check in amount was very overpriced. Would never request early or late check out with them again. Other than an unflexible early check in by 30 minutes or so it was a nice stay. The additional resort fees were annoying as it rained both days and didn't use anything.

The location is prefect! Loved the roof top deck! Not so great on a rainy day, wish there was somewhere you could get out of the elements. The pool was empty when we got there, not sure why but it was filled by the time we left. The market at Costa leaves a lot to be desired! If you're a coffee drinker I suggest packing your own. This condo does not have a Keurig it has a coffee maker and they did provide to 2 four cup servings which was appreciated but not enough for our entire stay. The only negative thing I will say is that this condo had a very distinct odor when we walked in and later I discovered stagnant water in the washer dryer combo that was rather rancid. I did run it in a clean cycle to try and remove the smell but it was still there. The couch in the living room leaves a little to be desired It's not very comfortable, luckily we spent most of our time at the beach & on the boardwalk. Other than that the place was great. I would stay at CHC again.

The stay here was amazing. The facilities were clean, well kept. The roof top pool, hot tub and restaurant/bar was spectacular. Views of palm trees for as far as you can see. Situated between the Intercoastal Water Way and the Ocean make for some of the most stunning views. Loved the location, steps from the Hollywood Broadwalk. Definitely will book here again when I visit Hollywood.

This is an amazing property! Just steps from the beach and absolutely stunning. The staff is AMAZING! The rooftop pool and pool bar staff are unreal; it is by far the best service I have ever received at home or on vacation! It is a must see! Special thanks to the bar staff Ray, Jessica and Michael who were so friendly and work so hard. The whole crew works really hard to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. We can't wait to come back.

Great location and good amenities. Just bring your own blanket because it gets cold at night. I was not able to do laundry at all because the washing machine was broke.
