The stay here was amazing. The facilities were clean, well kept. The roof top pool, hot tub and restaurant/bar was spectacular. Views of palm trees for as far as you can see. Situated between the Intercoastal Water Way and the Ocean make for some of the most stunning views. Loved the location, steps from the Hollywood Broadwalk. Definitely will book here again when I visit Hollywood.

This is an amazing property! Just steps from the beach and absolutely stunning. The staff is AMAZING! The rooftop pool and pool bar staff are unreal; it is by far the best service I have ever received at home or on vacation! It is a must see! Special thanks to the bar staff Ray, Jessica and Michael who were so friendly and work so hard. The whole crew works really hard to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. We can't wait to come back.

Extra charges at check in so double read the fine print. We knew we had to pay $40 per day which would have totaled $120 on to of the almost $900 we paid for the three night stay. Upon check in we had to pay almost $300, $100 of which was for incidentals and would be refunded at checkout. We basically had to pay an extra $75 that we didn’t know about. Asked check in girl about a grocery store, sent us to a gross market when there was a decent but small market on their property. Room was nice but windows were gross and dirty. Overall a decent stay but not worth what we had to pay.

You’re a complete fool if you choose not to stay with Cielo, was fantastic! Everything that was in the pictures and the descriptions from Cielo was spot ON! Stayed 5 nights and had a blast, very comfortable and enjoyable! Cant’t wait to come back again! Thank You Cielo!

Stayed here for 7 nights with my boyfriend. We had a great time, the hotel was great. We spent a lot of time at the roof top pool. They have a nice bar w good food and music. The beach was a minute walk and had tons of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!
